How To Descale The Machine: - The pipe may be blocked a bit, please try descaling the machine, regular descaling will extend its service life. - Long press the start button for 3 second until the red indicator starts flashing, it is in descale mode. Fill mixture of vinegar and water, and start descaling. - When brewing with K cup capsule, please use K cup capsules with filter mesh inside. If you are brewing ground coffee, use coarse-grind ground coffee. - The capsule hadn't been punctured through, please use standard K cup coffee capsule and check the K cup holder to see if the puncture needle there.
