3. Add 20g of ground coffee to the filter basket, then use the distribution needle to stir the powder. Rotate the tamper until the powder is horizontal, then press the tamper to compact the powder.
4. Tighten the locking chamber into the machine.
5. Add 70ml of cold water (or use hot water and go directly to step 2).
6. Press and hold the switch for 2 seconds, and the machine will beep once and start heating. After 3-4 minutes, the machine will beep to indicate the heating is complete.
7. Quick double-press the switch to start the extraction. The machine will be in pre-soaking status, and after 10 seconds, the extraction will continue.

It is highly recommended to use a burr grinder to produce ultra-fine ground coffee, as commercial pre-ground coffee is not suitable for extracting rich espresso coffee. Adjusting the grind size several times for optimal extraction is essential.
